REFUND
If the item doesn’t fit and you would prefer a refund we will credit you back on the card you used for the purchase. However, shipping costs will not be refunded.
RETURNS
While we take pride in all of our Preme products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for up to 14 days after the shipment. Please ship all returns to:

Preme merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
How long do returns take to process
Returns take 3-7 business days to be processed.
